The custom Points of Interests (POIs) that you create will be represented as pins on the map, which look similar to when you drop a pin. However, you cannot create a radius around POIs to create catchment areas, unlike the drop a pin function. If you want to create a radius around your POIs, you will need to upload your file as “Catchments” instead of “POIs”.
