What format can Points of Interest (POIs) be uploaded in?

POIs can be uploaded in a CSV format of addresses or Lat-Long coordinates. Lat-Long data defines a single point, around which a radius can be set to your specifications.
POIs can also be uploaded in an esri Shape File (GIS). More information about the specifics of each file type can be found when it is selected on the upload page.
